As a TRIO Scholar, it is REQUIRED that you attend at least three workshops per quarter. If by any chance you are not able to complete all three workshops with TRIO or any Student Success Initiatives (SSI) affiliated program workshops, you can then attend a non-affiliated SSI workshop on campus. To receive credit for an event or workshop on campus, you must first complete and submit the Workshop Credit Request Form below.

Workshop credit requests should be submitted to your personal guide no later than one week after attending the event.

Please review the Workshop Credit Request Form in advance.

Note: The Workshop Credit Request Form will NOT be accepted after Week 9 and only ONE form will be accepted per quarter.
